HTC implements the Android platform to make advantage of most famous apps. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is used as operating system in the Desire C having Sense 4.0 on top of cell phone. It is packed with Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 600MHz processor with 512MB of RAM.
